Crossing Creek
Surrounded by gently flowing creeks and mature woods, Crossing Creek Log Cabin has every appointed detail for a cozy romantic Getaway. Even though it is less than five minutes from the heart of downtown Nashville and the North entrance of Brown County State Park, it is nestled privately off Wallow Hollow road where deer and wild turkey are spotted in abundance.

This single loft log cabin with king-size bed and one bathroom, was built around a majestic stone fireplace dating back to pre-Civil War times with the original swing arm for cooking kettles intact. It was also the homestead of resident artist Edith Hale in the early sixties. She loved to paint the picturesque setting with subtle hues.

This charming log and chink cabin is warmly arranged with inviting features providing a steamy hot tub under the canopy of stars and ample supply of firewood for cuddling around a crackling fire. The newly installed 55 inch Smart HD screen in the living room has DISH TV programming and a selection of DVD favorites. Also, a quaint but fully functioning kitchen has all you need for cabin dining and meal preparations, including wine glasses, blender, and popcorn maker.

All our cabins have a 3 night minimum for Major Holidays.

So, come and reconnect and enjoy the beautiful offerings of Brown County, private shops in Nashville, and cozy accommodations of Crossing Creek Log Cabin.

This was my second time to stay in one of your cabins. Once again it was awesome! Beautiful cabin, very clean and very well furnished. The staff is also the best.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the two days we spent at this beautiful cabin. The peace and solitude was very relaxing. The interior of the cabin made a perfect backdrop for my wife as she hung several of the quilts she made over the loft's railing for a few pictures.

There was wild turkey in the yard around the cabin one morning, and a pair of twin fawns running around one evening.

The only time we left the property until we had to turn in the keys was to take a short drive further up Wallow Hollow Road one evening. We plan on possibly staying in a couple of other cabins, but we will return to Crossing Creek again!

We loved everything about our stay in the Crossing Creek Cabin! I found the emails that were sent very helpful and full of information that was needed. The office staff was so kind and sweet when we went to check in. I have highly recommended your company and this cabin to several of my friends! We loved the cozy cabin feel and everything was clean and tidy. We also appreciated the 4th of July decorations around the cabin as well. We had two deer come visit us every morning while sitting on the back porch drinking our coffee. We were surprised to see the back porch bigger and screened in, on your website the pictures were taken before this update. You may want to take new pictures to show this new feature.

We loved the location and how quiet it was. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in when traveling and using Airbnb's!!!! We would like to come back and stay longer and utilize the park.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Crossing Creek Cabin! So comfortable and we loved the location, tucked away in the woods. Clean and lovely!
With regards to the info prior to check in, we were told to bring toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap and all were there. It would have been nice to not pack those extra things. We plan to come back!

Such a cute cabin!! We enjoyed the privacy this cabin gave us but was a quick drive to all the shops! Though it is a bit on the pricey end I would definitely stay again for a special occasion!

My husband and I had a great time in this beautiful cabin! Felt quiet and secluded, but still very close to the town. The fireplace was absolutely stunning, and the hot tub set up was very nice and welcoming. We saw a whole family of turkeys and a couple deer. I’d never seen wild turkeys before! We also played croquet for the first time, and had a blast! An outdoor fire-pit is the only thing that could possibly make this slice of heaven even better.
