Dragonfly Hill Cabin Toggle favorite

After an initial issue with a water problem and having to be moved to a different location, our stay ended up being very peaceful and just what we needed. Thanks for making it as smooth as you could have considering all the circumstances!

Quick Get-Away
Property was exactly like listing showed. Location is fantastic it was private yet very close to town and state park! Everything was clean and well kept CUTE little cabin! Check in was flawless as always with Hills O Brown! We had a GREAT time and enjoyed our stay very much! Upstairs gets very HOT if the fireplace is burning for a heads up if you are going to stay turn fireplace off LONG before you go to bed upstairs. We have a lifted Dodge 2500 truck the driveway was a little tight with it so know when booking this cabin that the driveway is tight for bigger vehicles. Best food that we had the entire time down there was the Sycamore Saloon for dinner I HIGHLY recommend it, it was SO GOOD! HobNob for breakfast best coffee winner! Great Stay cant wait to come back!

The place is just as it appears in the pictures. Great location great accommodations private and pretty pretty surroundings.

We didn't arrive until after dark, lights were left on for our arrival which we appreciated. There were actually more amenities included than that were listed, a pleasant surprise, although we had planned accordingly. The surroundings were beautiful and we had a wonderful evening out by the fire. The cabin was everything it was listed to be! We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend get away. Thank you!!

Girls Weekend
We enjoyed being out of town to have some privacy as the spot is wooded and has only 1 neighbor nearby. It was a short drive to town which we did not mind. We had a great time sitting around the fire at night and made use of the hot tub after walking around town all day. Very relaxing place with plenty of room.

Great experience
Property was great. It was very and clean upon arrival. Hot tub worked great. Enjoyed the seclusion of the location while being a short drive to downtown Nashville and brown county state park.

Location was great, quick trips into Nashville. Quiet location too!

The place was absolutely beautiful and easily accessible. We came in on motorcycles so I wasn't sure what to expect. It was very easy to get to and parking was great for the motorcycles. Very close location to town!

Nice cabin to stay in! It’s far enough out of town that you feel fairly secluded, but not so far that it’s a burden just going to town. The cabin was as-described, and all instructions were spelled out very well and easy to understand. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent the dragonfly cabin, or another place, from Patty again!

Peaceful location, liked the hot tub . Expected it to have Wi-Fi or satellite but it didn’t .

This was our second stay

She complained to me that I left her home a mess. I left 4 dishes in the sink and 4 forks, I'm on vacation and have a child with special needs and needed a break. Hot tub water was cold and the drain in the shower in the basement didn't drain well. We left the place in great condition other than a couple things in the sink. Very unrealistic and rude to say we left the place a mess when we truly did not. Shopping and location were great. Host - not very nice.

We enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful and comfortable

I’ve been staying in Airbnb for many many years and every place I’ve stayed has provided body wash or soap. And a hairdryer. Trying to pack lite we brought neither. This place had neither of those. The washer & the dryer was locked up from us. We wanted to wash some of our delicates, but was unable to. There needs to be some salad/soup bowls in the kitchen. And, a larger chopping block for those of us that like to cook would be great! A small propane grill is not that expensive, and would be a be a lot more convenient for the guests as opposed to a cheap charcoal grill. Other than these few things, it was a great experience, we had a great time, the hot tub was great! My sheets were stained, but clean. The cabin was very clean. The scenery is beautiful! It was wonderful to see the turkeys come walking through and to watch the male so proud, guarding his flock! It was nice to feel remote yet at the same time he’s so close to downtown Nashville! I would definitely consider coming back

Found Dragonfly Hill when I specifically searched for a place with a hot tub.
We called for an after hours check in, it was super easy. Followed the directions to the cabin and found it with no problem.
We immensely enjoyed our stay. From the hot tub to the fire pit and everything in between. Comfy beds, plenty of hot water and more amenities than were listed.
We wished we had booked a couple of more nights.

We found our stay charming. It was a cute little cabin. Wish we were able to be in to enjoy it more but we had came into BC for the Dance with Dirt Gnaw Bone, so we were not able to really enjoy inside the cabin. But, my husband sure did enjoy the hot after his 50k. Cabin is in a great location not to far out but enough to give the BC feels( I’m an original BC girl) when we come to the area we will continue to rent through O Hills of Brown County for it was our 2nd time renting and we are planning a return!

We loved this place in the woods even though it was 30 minutes from Bloomington which we needed to go back and forth for our sons graduation.

Great cabin and overall experience. Was great to watch sunrise with how high up the cabin was located. Would be nice to get lights in hot tub fixed and maybe some overhead lights out there. Was nice to have a paved driveway as well.

Might have felt more secluded when the leaves are on.

Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed the weekend away!! Secluded and private and beautiful at night to look up at the stars. Everything was clean and very stocked with daily supplies. Hot tub was hot and clean and so relaxing. Would stay here again! And only 10 minutes from shops!

Great little cabin the woods! The place was relatively clean and close to Nashville and Hard truth hills. Would definitely stay again!

Overall nice place to stay! Very clean, nice hot tub, and quick access to Nashville. The check in process was a bit complicated but overall would recommend.

This was the perfect cabin for a getaway! Its quiet and cozy. The fireplace was wonderful as we watched it snow outside. The cabin is tucked away and private, but so close to everything in town! We hope to come back again!
