Whether your vacation dream is to ride the most epic single-track dirt in the Midwest or to cruise the open road under engine power through the hills of America’s heartland, Dream Wheelin’ Retreat is the perfect cabin to call your Brown County home base.

Snuggled on a hillside of White Ash and Pine, this new log cabin is situated just a short 2.5 mile ride along the I-46 bike lane to the main entrance of Brown County State Park, designated one of the world’s TOP TEN mountain biking trail systems, and only 3 miles from the trail head at Gnaw Bone, and another five miles to the endless trails of Hoosier National Forest. Road cyclists are just minutes from the old Mt. Liberty race course with 20, 40 and 60 miles loops meandering through bucolic country roads.

For those who prefer the freedom of the open road, Dream Wheelin’ Retreat is directly located on one of the four HOG-rated motorcycle rides in Brown County. Less than 5 miles from historic Nashville and its cyclist-friendly atmosphere, this cabin is ideally situated for your motorcycle get away.

The Log cabin is a 3-Story log cabin with lots of room for great conversations. The upper level has 2 loft style bedrooms and a full bath.

The main level of the cabin is a comfy living room with a gas fireplace and 65” flat screen TV. The living room adjoins a dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Off the kitchen is a full bathroom and bedroom.

Down the stairs you will find a walkout basement with another bedroom and bath. There is a game room with a pool table and bar.

Dream Wheelin’ Retreat comes with a “Bike Barn" – a full size garage to safely secure your wheeled companions, tools and gear. Be sure to enjoy the hot tub. Whether you like movies on the 80-inch screen over the stone fireplace, or a game on the full-sized pool table in the rec room, we are sure you can find something for everyone at this vacation cabin.

Come and enjoy your morning coffee rocking on the full sized front deck, or wind down the day with an evening around the fire pit in the more secluded back. We are sure that you will not want to leave.

This cabin is handicap assessible with a ramp to the main entry door.

The cabin was wonderful! My family of 10 (six adults and four kids) spent the weekend there and we had a good time. The cabin was clean and spacious. The walls in the upstairs bedrooms don’t go all the way to the ceiling so everyone can hear everything but I didn’t mind that too much since we could keep an eye (or an ear) on the kids in the bedroom next to ours. There is still room for some separation with another bedroom on the main floor and one in the basement. Overall we had a great time!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location of the property gave us the peace of being outside the main town but was close enough to allow us to enjoy Nashville as well.

Christmas getaway
It's always nice to get away from home and spend time with the kids and grandkids. The property helped provide that relaxed holiday environment

Such a Wonderful Cabin! The surroundings are peaceful, but it's easy to find and right off the main road. It was easily accessible but far enough back to feel secluded. The cabin is BEAUTIFUL and has some of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. The kitchen was well-equipped to cook, and the bedrooms all had extra blankets as well to get cozy on the deck or couch. PLENTY of towels for showering or for using the hot tub. The space is clearly well cared for, and the host was very responsive. The only thing to note is that the Wi-Fi is just a hotspot and limited in how much you can use. I was there for work and rely on the internet, so we had to go into town several times. Most people come to Brown County to unwind, so that may not be a problem for most. We had such a great time and hope to come back again soon!

Wonderful place for our family to just relax & enjoy the wonderful cabin. Along with the beautiful surroundings and downtown Nashville, IN as well. Patty and her team were quickly responsive to our questions prior to and during our stay. Love to make a return visit!

We had nine people staying at the cabin. It was spacious but not enough comfortable seating for all of us (second floor by the fireplace). While sitting on the front porch, conversation (at times) was difficult due to the road noise. My son cut his toe on the metal hot tub cover lift frame bolted to the cement (tight area, be careful especially after dark). All that being said, we really enjoyed our stay. Great family time. Patty was great.

I’ve looked at this cabin many times and I’m so glad I finally chose it. Location is great, just a few minutes from everything! The cabin is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Love the game room and bar on the lower level. Host was very responsive and flexible with check in time. Will definitely stay here again! I love brown county cabins!

There was a last minute mechanical issue with the place we originally booked, but because Hills O' Brown was managing it they were able to move us to another nearby property that worked out even better than our original booking. We had a great weekend and Hills O' Brown saved the day for us!

My 2 siblings and I brought our mom (with our spouses, my 2 nieces, and our 2 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels Mom would be devastated if we excluded) to celebrate her 70th birthday in Brown County, and it did not disappoint! Our check-in was seamless (lights and TV on, ready for our arrival), the cabin was spotless/ spacious, and beyond accommodating for each of our little family units, with more than enough televisions, bathrooms, and prep space for family meals (and so many essentials provided in the kitchen to make cooking away from home so much less stressful)! The hot tub was a lovely treat in the evenings, and the fire pit for gathering/ chatter was a welcome spot as the early fall evenings were starting to set in. The big soft towels rolled in a basket by the door for use by the hot tub were so appreciated and such a thoughtful detail, and the pool table in the basement was definitely put so work as well! The cabin was situated close enough for us to explore all our Nashville/ Brown County shops and hit the antique mall just up the road during the day, to grab dinner at Hard Truth in the evening, and to enjoy a concert at the new Brown County Music Center later that night!

I could not ask for a better place for our celebration, and have referred many family members already who have seen our photos and heard my mom’s rave reviews! We were also assured by the standards upheld on checkout, confident that the same process was completed prior to our arrival, and felt beyond grateful there are pet friendly cabins (and we were happy to diligently cover all the furniture our lap dogs ventured near;)
We cannot thank you enough-I am so happy my girlfriend, Emily, found Hills O’ Brown in 2020 for a girls’ reunion for friends, which so impressed, I knew who I needed to book through if there was availability!

We loved the cabin! Hot tub was great, parking was good, the pool table and basement bar area were nice. A full bathroom with shower on each level was really great, all furniture/beds were comfy, AC worked well, plenty of hot water in the showers. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed the dream wheeling retreat cabin. The cabin had a great cozy feel and we felt right at home. The beds were comfortable and fresh. The place was enjoyable and would definitely go back. Our phone reception was decent so we weren't bothered by no wifi.

We loved staying here to celebrate “Friendsgiving” for the weekend. It was very cozy and the perfect amount of space for our 4 families. We had to be quiet after our little ones in the loft went to bed because it is open, but luckily the basement was the perfect hang out spot. We would stay again 🙂

Cabin is a good location just outside of Nashville with the drive being at the most 10 minutes. Hot tub was a nice feature and gave lots of time to be with family. Wifi was not working while we were there and regular cell signal is weak.
