Little Nashville Town House I | Walk to Shop/Dine

We stayed in the Townhouse in Nashville and we were extremely pleased with everything. The location was perfect, walkable to everything in the city. The only time we used the car was to go to the state park. It was very clean and the staff was very informative both verbally and in a binder on the table. The only suggestion we have is a larger kitchen garbage can. The info we received before our stay provided very clear instructions concerning our stay which we appreciated.

Great location to Downtown
This stay was perfect for our needs! It was a mere block away from the main downtown area of Nashville, but tucked on a back road that didn't have foot traffic. We had all the basics that we needed in the home, and the two bedrooms was perfect for us (a grandma, mother, & daughter trio). The bedrooms were both large enough that our Pack-n-play could fit in either one. The radiant heaters worked well and kept each room cozy. The living room TV worked well, though Wi-Fi was just a bit spotty. Overall, it was a great stay!

The house was a perfect size for our party of 4. It was connected to another property, but, we did not hear a peep from our neighbors. I was disappointed in the kitchen as there is no oven and the "stove top" is two small burners. The shower has a rather unusual slop and the water pressure wasn't great, but, that was okay.
All in all, this is my 5th time renting with Hills O'Brian and I will do so again. I'll just make sure to meal plan accordingly.

Right there!
We were able to park our cars and never needed them again! We were walking distance to everything- cafes, wineries, restaurants, shops. We loved supporting the local businesses and the fact that we could drop off or leftovers or bags and be right back on track.

The stay was amazing! Walking distance to everything. It was a slow 30 walk to the first winery. On-site parking was great. Will try and stay here again.

Came in for IU graduation weekend; took advantage of enjoying the beautiful town and fun things to do there. The place was exactly as pictured and described. Just what we needed. They were extremely flexible with our check- in too.

Great place to stay. Close to everything in town, but quiet spot with off street parking. Very cozy and comfortable place. There were four of us and we all had a wonderful stay; it definitely fit our collective needs.

This home was perfect for a weekend getaway. Everything in town is a maximum 7 minute walk. Home is in a quiet location and never have to deal with pedestrian traffic throughout the night. Loved the front porch for morning coffee and it’s own private parking so you don’t have to haul your belongings across multiple street ls

This place was perfect for a weekend getaway. The location was amazing, we were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants so easily. I had to do a late check in and the host was great at sending me the instructions for it and made it so easy to do. This house was adorable and so cozy. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing restaurant near house

We had a wonderful stay in Brown County this past weekend. Our cottage was the perfect size for all six of us…it was clean, had more animalities than promised which was very helpful as I forgot coffee filters, and location was a bonus.

My Great Niece and I had a great time at your house in Nashville. It had everything we needed and more great front porch and conveniently located to walk all over town. Thank you for such great lodging and information.

Everything was great at the Little Nashville Townhouse! Great location- easy access to everything in town! Patty was very responsive to any questions we had!

This home is a perfect location for downtown Nashville!! Shops are so close.. we had a great little getaway and loved the townhouse. There’s no oven though in case you plan to bake while staying.. super clean, communication was great, lovely place to stay and will be back again : )

We found the Little Nashville Town House 1 to be very clean upon arrival and felt it had everything we needed during our stay.
We would highly recommend this rental to someone wanting to stay near town, and will likely try to rent this one again in the future!
