From the moment you see Persimmon Point, until you head home, you will experience a one of a kind vacation adventure. The warm feel of hardwood floors, rocking porch swings, the beauty of the 1 acre Lake, the cabin, and the 9 acres will delight you.
Driving up to the cabin, the front porch welcomes you. Entering your eye will be caught by the lake view from the great room, as well as the wall of windows, that creates a warm country atmosphere. The living room will comfortably seat you and your guests as you enjoy the 50" Smart Roku TV! The dining area seats 6 comfortably. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare a dinner for family or friends.
Outside is a sunken hot tub and high top seating for 6.
Inside the cabin on the main floor features a king sized bedroom and a queen sized bedroom. The full bath with tub/shower combo is close by. The king bedroom has a 35" and the queen bedroom has a 30" Smart ROKU television.
Upstairs you will find another bedroom, which contains a king size bed and another 35" Smart roku TV. This floor has a full bath, with tub/shower combo.
Now, for a surprise, travel back down stairs and then down to the lower level. There you will find a second living room with an electric fireplace and a 50" Smart Roku TV and a half bath. Right outside is the large concrete patio, porch swings, firepit with 6 adirondak chairs, rolling hills, persimmon trees that bear LOTS of fruit in the fall months and above ground pool (seasonal) charcoal grill and the lake and trails. The lake provides a great fishing opportunity! If you are searching for an awesome vacation home, Persimmon Point is it! This is your private resort with so many amenities and so much to enjoy, you will long to return, year after year, bringing family and new friends.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES
#1 - Cancellations of a confirmed reservation must be made by the Guest who made the original reservation, not a representative of that Guest.
#2 - Reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior to the arrival incur a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total charges before tax, plus the $30 handling fee.
#3 - Reservations cancelled 8-14 days prior to arrival, you lose the deposit paid.
#4 - Reservations cancelled within 7 days of the arrival, there is NO REFUND!
#5 - When within 14 days of arrival, the reservation cannot be shortened or moved.
#6 - When within 7 days of arrival, reservations cannot be changed or altered. No exceptions.
Deposit Policy
RESERVATIONS
#1 - The remaining balance will be due 7 days prior to check-in and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If you want a different charge card used for this balance, you must notify us before this balance is charged.
#2 - Refunds are not issued due to inclement weather, snow or acts of God that are out of our control.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.
