Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES
- Cancellations of a confirmed reservation must be made by the Guest who made the original reservation, not a representative of that Guest.
- Reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior to the arrival incur a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total charges before tax, plus the $30 handling fee.
- Reservations cancelled 8-14 days prior to arrival, you lose the deposit paid as per “Reservations section (b)” above
- Reservations cancelled within 7 days of the arrival, there is NO REFUND!
- When within 14 days of arrival, the reservation cannot be shortened or moved.
- When within 7 days of arrival, reservations cannot be changed or altered. No exceptions.

#1 - The remaining balance will be due 7 days prior to check-in and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If you want a different charge card used for this balance, please notify us before this balance is charged.
#2 - Refunds are not issued due to inclement weather, snow or acts of God that are out of our control.

Ashley did an amazing job answering questions quickly, from booking to check out. She relayed to the homeowners that we were celebrating a special occasion during our stay. The home was clean and fresh with up to date interior decor. There was plenty of room for our family of 4, (2 adults, 2 teens). We had plenty of room to stretch out and relax after a long drive Friday evening and after a busy day in town on Saturday. We were happy to have games provided to add to our quality time together. This was a great experience and I hope we get to stay again at this beautiful condo.

This place in Brown County was amazing! It was exactly as the pictures showed, but even better! The location was perfect for walking through downtown. We had such a great weekend, and we are already planning our trip back in the Spring!

This home was beautiful and in the heart of downtown Nashville. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Patty was very helpful and responded in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again if I find myself in Indiana! 10/10 overall☺️

Hello,

I wanted to compliment you on FANTASTIC customer service. I tend to be one who feels that customer service is everything. You guys did a great job. Our original booking was not satisfactory which made me sad. However, since I am not a fan of mice, I called at about 6 pm stating that there were a lot of mouse droppings in the house. The lady that took my after hours call apologized and sent maintenance out. Before maintenance arrived, LOTS more droppings were found. I called back and once again was apologized to and told that we would be moved. She gave me the name of two cabins and a brand new condo to the rental world. She assured me that the condo was amazing. While trying to make my decision , Maintenance arrived and he also commented on the amazing condo. So, I said “let’s go to the condo”. Rustic and Refined WAS amazing and we loved every minute of our time. Maintenance helped us load our stuff and move into the condo, since he led the way to it. I just wanted to let you know that it’s great to be treated like you valued my thoughts concerning our unsatisfactory rental and that people work hard for their money and want to spend it wisely. I apologized for causing problems but was assured it wasn’t my fault. The people that I dealt with handled everything perfectly.
Thank you so much for one of the best weekends I have ever had at “ home “. I grew up in BC ( Story area ) and have been coming back and forth for 40 years to see my family. I worked in Nashville at a candy store and was trained that without the tourist there would be no job. Appreciate that you seem to have to same value!
