CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES
- Cancellations of a confirmed reservation must be made by the Guest who made the original reservation, not a representative of that Guest.
- Reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior to the arrival incur a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total charges before tax, plus the $30 handling fee.
- Reservations cancelled 8-14 days prior to arrival, you lose the deposit paid as per “Reservations section (b)” above
- Reservations cancelled within 7 days of the arrival, there is NO REFUND!
- When within 14 days of arrival, the reservation cannot be shortened or moved.
- When within 7 days of arrival, reservations cannot be changed or altered. No exceptions.

We LOVED this Airbnb!!! My family and I were visiting our friend who lived in Columbus OH. The house was cozy and comfy, and lots of nature to enjoy! My kids and my husband enjoyed the hot tub with a beautiful view in the backyard and a big field. Lots of entertainment in and outside of the property, and it was perfect for our family getaway. If we have a chance to visit the area, we would definitely go back here and stay!

The space was beautiful and there was lots of room for our family.
For our situation, our family had to gather quickly for my mom's funeral. This house had plenty of space for some family to gather to remember and mourn. It had something for everyone.
We spent some time around the fire pit and enjoying the night sky. Some just wanted to sit quietly and process - they could choose the deck over the pond, the swing or rocking chairs on the back porch or a walk in the woods. Others wanted to chat about memories - the back porch and living room were both perfect.
Hopefully others will have happy reasons to gather and this space offers so much.
It is very private - which means you really have to plan for your needs as the closest Wal-Mart is about 20 min away (our planning was not so great, so we had several of those trips.)
If there is something that brings me back to this area of Indiana, I will most certainly want to stay here again!
