The suite features a king-size bed with a memory foam mattress, a sitting area with a Smart TV with satellite, and high-speed internet. The kitchenette includes a microwave, mini-fridge, sink, dishware, and a single-serve coffee maker for added convenience.

Guests can relax in the private in-room hot tub, one of the standout features of the suite. The private bathroom includes a walk-in shower, and the semi-private patio provides a comfortable outdoor space to unwind.

With keypad entry, private entrance, and heating and cooling units, Suite #1 offers a comfortable and easy stay for two guests.

**A Note About Your Stay:** Our suites offer a more private, self-guided lodging experience than a traditional hotel or full-service inn. While there is no on-site staff for daily towel refreshes, room service, or complimentary item restocking, each suite is prepared with fresh linens, towels, and starter supplies (toilet paper, paper towel roll, some dish soap, a few trash bags, and coffee pucks) before arrival. If something needs attention during your stay, our team is only a phone call away, with maintenance support available for urgent needs.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES
- Cancellations of a confirmed reservation must be made by the Guest who made the original reservation, not a representative of that Guest.
- Reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior to the arrival incur a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total charges before tax, plus the $30 handling fee.
- Reservations cancelled 8-14 days prior to arrival, you lose the deposit paid as per “Reservations section (b)” above
- Reservations cancelled within 7 days of the arrival, there is NO REFUND!
- When within 14 days of arrival, the reservation cannot be shortened or moved.
- When within 7 days of arrival, reservations cannot be changed or altered. No exceptions.

#1 - The remaining balance will be due 7 days prior to check-in and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If you want a different charge card used for this balance, please notify us before this balance is charged.
#2 - Refunds are not issued due to inclement weather, snow or acts of God that are out of our control.

Definitely a nice stay for mine and my husband’s anniversary. Very romantic. The in room hot tub was so nice! Also very close to Little Nashville and the Brown County State Park entrance. The grounds were also very pretty. The hot tub did make the room a bit humid, and water splashed out onto the floor because it was a bit over filled. Thankfully we brought extra towels with us! Besides that it was just the relaxing getaway we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Okay Stay, Neglected Place

For starters, this was an okay place for a weekend getaway and had a convenient location. We felt secluded which was nice. That being said it felt like a very neglected place. The rim of toilet bowl was lined with black mold. The crazy thing is the cleaning person was in the room making the bed when we arrived and yet there was still visible mold all around the toilet rim. The bottom of the shower had black mold too, and there’s no place to put your washcloth or toiletries in the shower so you had no choice but to put it on the ground. The couch had a broken leg and was not safe to sit on, not to mention the stains. The door to the room opens about 25% of the way and gets stuck on the carpet. You have to force it open from there just to get into the room. The bed was comfortable.

While we enjoyed the seclusion and relaxing hot tub we won’t return to this rental. The mold was bad enough.
