Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES
- Cancellations of a confirmed reservation must be made by the Guest who made the original reservation, not a representative of that Guest.
- Reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior to the arrival incur a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total charges before tax, plus the $30 handling fee.
- Reservations cancelled 8-14 days prior to arrival, you lose the deposit paid as per “Reservations section (b)” above
- Reservations cancelled within 7 days of the arrival, there is NO REFUND!
- When within 14 days of arrival, the reservation cannot be shortened or moved.
- When within 7 days of arrival, reservations cannot be changed or altered. No exceptions.

We arrived and it was an easy check in. Upon arrival and loading in our things, I did notice that certain places especially around the hot tub was not clean.
The hot tub wasn’t working correctly but Ashley was very quick to respond and try to solve the issue.
The area and room was not bad. There was a strong chemical smell from the hot tub lingering. I would recommend bring your own towels, or they provide more because of the usage between hot tub and shower.

Lovely place, great location. Perfect for getting to quickly between our exploring outings. Was a little disappointed that the hot tub did not seem to be treated with any chemicals. The shower heat never really warmed up which was fine on the first night because we were able to jump directly in the hot tub to warm up. By the next afternoon, the water was murky and started to get an odor so we refrained from getting in to warm up after our barely warm showers. The outlets in the bathroom (and on the left aide of the bed) need to be replaced. They were all loose and could not keep hair appliances plugged in while trying to use.
Other than these two inconveniences, would possibly book again.

Place was clean and welcoming. Only thing we felt was needed, was a clock. There were no clocks in any room. Other than that, easy check in and very accessible to little Nashville. Had a good stay.

Overall great experience. Nice room with small kitchen and the hot tub was a nice touch. Only critique would be the double doors into the room. Allowed for a lot of outdoor noise to be heard. Other than that it was an excellent time. Very close to Nashville.
