Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES
- Cancellations of a confirmed reservation must be made by the Guest who made the original reservation, not a representative of that Guest.
- Reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior to the arrival incur a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total charges before tax, plus the $30 handling fee.
- Reservations cancelled 8-14 days prior to arrival, you lose the deposit paid as per “Reservations section (b)” above
- Reservations cancelled within 7 days of the arrival, there is NO REFUND!
- When within 14 days of arrival, the reservation cannot be shortened or moved.
- When within 7 days of arrival, reservations cannot be changed or altered. No exceptions.

A very cute cabin in the woods, unfortunately not as clean as I like, infested with ants and rodent droppings in cupboards and in one of the beds. We left early.

Ashley is an absolutely fantastic host. Loved the cabin and definitely will stay again. Clean, spacious, close to town but still private. A very comfortable cabin and definitely a great price for the area. You can’t go wrong with this cabin.

We had a party of 6. The ease of check-in was great. We had a code for the door instead of a key. That made things a lot easier. The cabin itself was cute. It is on a main road so you can hear the traffic. I didn't really mind that though because there's a huge privacy fence, which we really appreciated.
Upon arrival we noticed that it appeared to be mostly clean but somewhat dusty. It was almost like there was a small film of dirt.
The bedrooms were good. There are no tvs in the bedroom but we didn't mind that. The beds, pillows, and blankets were comfortable.
The hot tub stunk so bad. I mean we still got in but the smell was not of chlorine. So... do with that what you will.
The kitchen said online that it was fully stocked but we had no baking sheets (no oven type cookware), no frying pans, and hardly anything to cook with. The coffee pot was not k-cup. Which is fine but we had brought k-cups. So just a heads up buy ground coffee. The TV was a good size.
The bathroom had one roll of cheap toilet paper that was gone before the end of the first night. We had to buy more. There were no extra rolls. There was nowhere to dry towels when you used them. So bring extra. We had one roll of paper towels partially used. So we had to buy our own. We had one partially used trash bag so we had to buy our own. That shouldn't have been the case for what we paid. I wouldn't stay again and my family said the same thing.

Last minute rental
The week before Independence Day, no rentals ANYWHERE. Emergency trip to see my dying father. I finally ran into this cabin. They were VERY accommodating, very nice and understanding. The cabin was comfortable and clean. The YARD was great! I did have a small issue about the bedding sheets missing. Nikki was AMAZING, on it right away. I swear she was there within 15 minutes. She was delightful and boy did I need that. Thank you NIKKI! I HIGHLY recommend this company to rent from. I would do it again.
