Overall great stay! Enjoyed all the amenities, especially the fireplace and jacuzzi. Clean cabin and lots to do inside and in town at Nashville. Only downside is the amount of stuff you have to bring on your own (TP, paper towels, dish sponge, etc) that is usually provided at every other AirBNB I’ve stayed in. Additionally, there are lots of clean up instructions. The price may not be entirely worth the stay, but still fun. Wish there was a dishwasher!

The cabin is moderately will maintained. Everything was as described in the listing. Would be nicer if it had a dishwasher

My husband and I stayed here with 2 dogs in July 2025. We paid ~$2500.00 for 5 nights.

Pros:
-The location is excellent. Peaceful and private, but a short (~10 minute) drive into downtown Nashville
-Space is ample, and the fence was ideal for dogs
-Lots of amenities (hot tub, fire pit, etc)

Cons:
-Check-in was at 4 pm, we arrived at 3:30 with understanding that it wasn't time yet. They had us fill out paperwork and come back in ~20 minutes for the key. We arrived back at 3:52 pm, and they made us wait for 8 minutes until exactly 4 pm. The cabin is ~15 minutes from the management office so it would have been well after 4 pm by arrival.
-Check-out procedures are a lot. Gathering trash, laundry, etc seemed a bit much for spending >$2K for less than a week.
-Extensive regulations; 11 single-spaced pages of rules covering nearly every amenity. It made us feel that we couldn't enjoy the space fully.
-The space was partially ready - items left out, cleaning tools, fireworks in yard, etc.

Response From: Hills O' Brown Vacation Rentals

We are glad you were able to enjoy your stay. Just to clarify a couple of your issues. We to state that the 4 pm check in is "strictly enforced" as well as our check out times. We don't have our guests do any laundry, just strip your beds, leaving at foot of bed, gather trash to one bag, leaving in kitchen, and making sure you wash and put away your dirty dishes. We do not allow fireworks on our property so there should not have been any unless left by previous guest, so not sure by what your meant by partially ready? Our cleaners are independent cleaning companies and are the best at what they must do to get the cabin ready for the next guest checking in at 4pm. A great deal of your cost is the huge amount Airbnb charged you. Hopefully, you will call us for your next visit.

Hello! I do not have any improvement feedback to suggest, but just wanted to share that the casa Bella cabin has become an important family tradition for us. So much so that my son talks about it all year. It means so much to us that we can celebrate our anniversary every fall with our son and our beloved dog, and make special memories. Not to mention we think the cabin is sooooo cozy and the backyard is just stunning. The communication for our stay is always clear, they answer answer questions we have, and they rectify any issues we have had. The one minor issue we had was the microwave was broken and they brought a replacement right away. It’s the perfect place for us, and will continue to be our tradition we look forward to each fall. We have recommended to family and friends! Except not during the week we stay there in October! ???

This cabin was the perfect spot for us and our dog to spend the weekend in Nashville. Close enough to town to be there in less than 10 minutes, but far enough away to feel secluded and private. Everything was perfect, very clean and cozy. The fenced in backyard was great for our dog to safely explore and run around.

We really enjoyed this cabin. Was perfect for our mothers' and daughters' weekend away. Very clean The information you sent was very helpful. But I'm one that likes lots of information ahead of time! Would definitely stay there again. Loved that it was so close to Nashville downtown.

The cabin was perfect for our weekend. The screened in porch and garage were great, entire cabin was very cozy and clean. They were well equipped for anything we could have needed, even though we brought basics just in case. Host was super easy to contact and sent us a ton of information in advance. It felt secluded, but was actually really close to a lot of things to do. There's a great frisbee golf course just at the top of the hill.

We (me, spouse, and teenage son) loved staying in Casa Bella Cabin during our Fall Break get-away to Brown County. The cabin was very comfortable; we spent most of our week there, preparing our own meals, reading, watching a little TV, and relaxing. The location is perfect - far enough away from downtown Nashville to enjoy nature but close enough for easy access to stores and restaurants. This was our first vacation during which we could bring our dog, Cookie, which was so much fun. She was in heaven in the fenced-in back yard, going for walks in the area, and going on a long hike in the state park. And we loved having her with us. We definitely would stay again.

Thanks for everything, your rental was great! It hit the spot and it was very nice. It wasn't too out of the way to drop this off and the place itself was still really incredible.
To your point, the communications were very helpful! They kept me informed and I was then able to share with my friends, so keep that good stuff up (I didn't think it was too much, but I also prefer more detail than too little). Would rent again!

We stayed at Patty's place over Memorial Day weekend. It was a great location of being able to feel secluded but also 5 minutes from downtown. Some of our favorite amenities were dog friendly with fenced in back yard, screened in porch, hot tub, and garage with games as well as cornhole boards. The place was clean and as described. It is unfortunate you have to bring a lot of basics yourself such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish soap. For the price, would think these basics would be included. Additionally we learned 2 people cannot take showers in separate showers at the same time or else there is no hot water. We did not call maintenance for this issue as we figured out the cause and easily adjusted. Check in and check out were seamless and easy. We very much enjoyed our time spent at this cabin and in Brown County for a long weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this quaint cabin. The garage provided a nice space to enjoy the outdoors but also stay out of the rain! The garage had a dart board and a ping pong table! The hot tub was absolutely wonderful! It was very close to everything. Just a short drive to downtown Nashville, Hard Truth Hills, Brown County Winery, and the state park. I would definitely stay here again!
