The mountain bike trails in the Brown County State Park are only minutes away.
Located on a private county road that ends at Yellowwood State Forest, Cowboy Way Cottage offers one loft bedroom with a queen sized bed, 2 singles beds and a 28" satellite TV with DVD player and a 1 bedroom suite with queen bed and a recliner with private bath.
This cozy bungalow has a living room with sleeper sofa, 32" flat screen TV with satellite, DVD/VCR and a large window with a breathtaking view. Directly across from the living room is a fully equipped eat-in kitchen. There is one bathroom on the main floor and one in the attached suite..

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES
#1 - Cancellations of a confirmed reservation must be made by the Guest who made the original reservation, not a representative of that Guest.
#2 - Reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior to the arrival incur a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total charges before tax, plus the $30 handling fee.
#3 - Reservations cancelled 8-14 days prior to arrival, you lose the deposit paid.
#4 - Reservations cancelled within 7 days of the arrival, there is NO REFUND!
#5 - When within 14 days of arrival, the reservation cannot be shortened or moved.
#6 - When within 7 days of arrival, reservations cannot be changed or altered. No exceptions.
Deposit Policy
RESERVATIONS
#1 - The remaining balance will be due 7 days prior to check-in and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If you want a different charge card used for this balance, you must notify us before this balance is charged.
#2 - Refunds are not issued due to inclement weather, snow or acts of God that are out of our control.

We really enjoyed our time in the cabin and in the area. Everything was perfect with check in and instructions.

Cowboy Way is the perfect place to get away. The location is in a quiet area not too far from the park. There were basic grilling and cooking supplies that we took full advantage of during our stay. We brought our pups and there was even a line to hook our beagle up to! One of the photos showed an electric fireplace, but there wasn't one during our stay. We personally didn't care because we enjoyed the fire pit way too much! All the hubs and I could talk about was how much we loved our stay and that we wouldn't mind renting the place again.

I have had a great experience both times I have stayed in the cabins. From the initial communication of making the reservation. Everything is made clear and simple. I really enjoyed my stay at the Cowboy Cottage. It has so much to offer. I love being close to town if I need anything. I cannot wait to make another reservation.

Great location
The house was very nice and very clean. There was plenty of room for the four of us. The outside area was nice so I wish the weather would have been a little better so we could have enjoyed it.
What a beautiful location and quaint place to stay. The hot tub is a wonderful feature that we took advantage of after beautiful walks in Brown County State Park. This is a nice place in an amazing location.
The cabin is very cute, clean, and well stocked. We took a walk down Cowboy Way and enjoyed seeing the horses. My dad used the hot tub quite a bit and really enjoyed it. We stayed here to visit IU and new nothing of the Nashville artist colony, just 10 minutes from the cabin and a pleasant surprise. The location was about 25 minutes from campus and we did not have any phone service or GPS so I recommend that you print the directions. We had a little trouble finding the key pick up location which was not onsite. There is no wifi in the cabin, which would not have been a big deal if we had phone service, but we did not. It was an initial shock to the system but printed directions and a plan of where we were going to eat helped considerably. As long as you are prepared for this, you won't regret staying here.

Very clean and cozy, the hot tub was perfect. The cabin is rather close to someone’s house and we could hear their kiddos playing in the snow. We didn’t mind at all, we have small kids ourself so it reminded us of home. We will most likely return!
