We love this place. It is our 4th year staying here for the Chocolate Walk. We have two daughters that have grown up coming every year. This is something we look forward to all year. The updates were all great. We loved the TV being mounted, new furniture, updates to the bathroom, etc. There is no place better than the back porch to enjoy a cup of coffee and unplug. We have a lake lake house on lake Wawasee where we spend the summer and enjoy the pace of Brown County in the fall. Hop, Skip and Jump you hold a special place in our hearts. Hop, Skip and Jump was wonderful. So clean and well decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Convenient and everything we needed. Loved the shops in Nashville. Took a trip to Columbus- Zaharakos Ice Cream is a must see. A very much needed quiet rest away from home.

Hop, Skip and Jump is a very peaceful place. It was very clean. We came for 2 nights to celebrate my wife's Birthday. Very well decorated. We enjoyed the hot tub, lunch on the back porch and the fire pit. We went hiking in the state forest. The only thing that was a little off was the length of stay, too short. Next time we will stay for at least a week. That might even be too short to enjoy all this cabin and area has to offer.

We came as a family of 4 to HOP, Skip, and Jump and it did not disappoint. The cabin hospitality was exactly what we needed to get away from our busy lives. The last night here we spent most of it around the firepit talking and telling stories. Our kids will never forget those memories. This is a wonderful get away to re-energize.

I love the decor in this cabin. The hot tub is fantastic. We had a great cold-weather getaway.

We have been coming ton Brown County since 1979. I loved this place from the beginning. My husband and I met in 1980 and have been coming here with him since. We tried almost all the cabins @HOBVR Hop, Skip and jump is one of the best that we have stayed at. We cane to celebrate Christmas, our Anniversary and New Years. Very relaxing time especially for us, life has been a little hectic lately. Thanks for a great time.

Peaceful Little Cabin in the Woods
Everything was exactly as described on the website. We enjoyed the excellent weather and beautiful fall foliage.

We came to Nashville IN to see a concert at the music center. This cottage was about 15 min from then venue, so it worked out nicely. It was also close to town to shop and have drinks or dinner. It listed as ‘only a mile from town’. This may be accurate, but it is not a walkable mile. As the roads are country, narrow and it would be too dark at night to walk. Otherwise, we enjoyed the property and our stay in Nashville.

Our stay at Hop Skip and a jump was great. The emails prior to arrival were helpful. We had a great time.

close to downtown restaurants. We really enjoy staying at this cabin.

We were impressed with the cleanliness!! We loved the decor and homey feel!! Wide range of items to cook with!! Great location! Liked having the capability to have outside well lit!! We cannot say enough good things about the property!! We plan to stay again!!

Cute little cabin back in the woods! If you’re looking for peace and quiet with a short drive to a quaint little town and good food, then this is the place. Easy drive to nearby Bloomington was nice! Amenities such as a hot tub and kitchen were appreciated and for cooler weather there is a fire pit which we didn’t get to use but it was nice to see it was ready to go. The decorations were really sweet and quaint and perfect for this cabin in the woods.

Great place! Beautiful setting! Such a cozy cabin! So convenient to downtown Nashville and the Park. Loved all the cute decorative touches throughout and the “red” pops of color! Beds were comfy! Hot tub was nice, although the jets did seem a little weak it was hot, clean, and great for stargazing! I will definitely try to book again!

This was a great place! My husband and I used the cabin for a weekend getaway. It was so clean and welcoming. We loved the location, amenities, and character of the cabin. The hot tub was a little past it’s prime but still an excellent spot for our weekend needs.

I've rented from this a agency several times in the past, and this location was not up to their standards. The beds and furniture were uncomfortable, the hot tub was small and old... several jets barely had pressure. The entire roof was covered in moss and mold. The inside stairs were so dangerous that we'd no longer use them after I fell and dislocated my shoulder. There are no hospitals in the area so I waited until I got home to go to urgent care. I'm sure I'll be back, but I'm going to look more closely at what I'm getting.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The emails you sent were very helpful, along with information on your website on what we should bring during our stay. The cabin was cozy and in such a pretty location, yet just minutes away from Nashville and the delicious food. Also it was very close to our walking/birding spots, Yellowwoods State Forest and Brown County State park. We would definitely book at this cabin again. We go to Nashville about once a year. We were very happy with our Cabin and the staff at the Office of Hills o Brown Vacation Rentals.Thanks again,

The house was very cute It was rustic and up on a beautiful hill. It took only a couple minutes to drive into town. The little town of Nashville is very cute and a great place to walk around

This place perfectly located for the feeling of being off the grid, but actually 5 minutes from town.

The company that takes care of renting cabins, in the Brown County area, is very helpful and accommodating to their customers. Patty our hostess, was very friendly and helpful. It was a great experience working with her. The cabin we rented was everything, we expected and more. It was a beautiful place and lovely setting for our honeymoon. I highly recommend working with Patty and her office on your special rental needs. You will not be disappointed.

We enjoyed staying in this quaint cabin for the weekend. The location is so perfect for a Nashville visit.
