Snoozing Moose | Romantic Retreat • Hot Tub

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend get away at Snoozing Moose. It is a beautiful cabin, very quaint and cozy. It was very clean and tidy. It was a very snowy weekend so we enjoyed just staying in, sitting by the fireplace, napping (getting much needed rest), and watching TV. We ventured out our first evening before roads got too bad to go to the IGA and picked up pizza at Brozinni's Pizza. It was a first for us and it was delicious. On Saturday we enjoyed watching deer run through the yard. I will be sure to mention your rentals to friends and family who are looking for a nice get away. We will definitely be back.

This was the perfect spot for us to stay while we were attending a friend's wedding nearby!

The wife and I had a perfect extended weekend stay at the snoozing Moose cabin last weekend. The only thing missing was there were no TVs in the bedrooms. Fortunately, I packed a TV because I wanted to watch football in the hot tub. When we retired for the evening, I just carried the TV to the bedroom so it was not a big deal. We bought groceries at the IGA and I grilled every night. Other than that, the check in process, the cabin and location, and the checkout process were incredibly easy and it was just the weekend that we were both hoping for. We will be back!

We loved our stay at the Snoozing Moose. It was the perfect Winter Getaway! The cabin was cozy and had a great fireplace. The kitchen was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed relaxing in the evenings after spending the days wandering Nashville! We'll be back!

Just wanted to reply and say thank you for the accommodations!! We absolutely loved our stay...we did our best to clean up before we left i hope we did a good job by your list of things that needed done. You made for a wonderful honeymoon for us, one that we hope to recreate as the years pass. Your suggestions for entertainment were perfect and not overbearing at all. We truly had an excellent time. I will say the same on our Google accounts, and please don't hesitate to reach out if there's anything else you need from us...see you soon!

We had a very peaceful get away. Enjoyed Nashville shops. The cabin was everything we hoped for. We had a wonderful morning sitting in the hot tub watching a light snowfall. We would stay here again.

Fantastic stay! Everything was well communicated and clear directions from the host. Loved all the local pamphlets for things to do and see! Would definitely recommend, we had a perfect weekend getaway here!

This would have been ~4 star overall stay if the hot tub had worked. We paid a premium price to stay at this cabin and thought we would be able to use the hot tub. This was the main reason we chose this cabin. The hot tub was too cold when we first tried to use it, so we followed instructions and called the number on our information sheet to report it was malfunctioning. It did not get fixed before we left and thus we were never able to use it. Customer service did nothing to remediate the situation. Very disappointing because the cabin has a lot of potential and we had fun in Brown County. Just beware that when you pay $350/night you might not get a functioning hot tub as advertised.

We stayed here on a short fall break trip as a family and had a great time. The hot tub was perfect and our family utilized that a lot. It's about 3 miles into downtown Nashville from the cabin and we went there each day for meals, to walk around, etc. Would come back.

The place was amazing a good place for a mini kick back and away from everyone

We had an absolutely wonderful time at the Snoozing Moose. We actually got engaged there during our stay so it will always have a special place in our hearts.

Great place to stay and hosts were easy to work with. Called when early check in was available and response was great on questions. Cabin was secluded but a short drive to town so best of both worlds. Hot tub was great too! We would stay again

If you are looking for a relaxing weekend this is it. My husband and I enjoyed our time here and it was nice to get away from all of the craziness!

A very lovely and secluded spot. Super clean. The pool table and hot-tub were absolutely gorgeous. Also, there are two bathrooms but no bathroom on the floor that holds the bedrooms.

The cabin was cute and quaint, but the bathrooms were oddly spaced out. The stairs were very slick, so be sure to walk them with shoes on. The hot tub was nice and relaxing.
